Welcome to Q&C TV! 👋 By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.


1. 📺 Service Description:

Q&C TV provides an IPTV service that grants subscribers access to a wide range of live television channels and on-demand content. Our service is a digital subscription delivered via the internet.

2. 👤 User Accounts & Responsibilities:

Upon purchase, you will receive login credentials (username, password, and server URL). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. 🚫 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. A standard subscription allows for one active stream at a time. Violation of this rule may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account without a refund.

3. 💳 Payments, Subscriptions, and Trials:

All subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. The 24-Hour Trial is a one-time fee that allows you to evaluate our service. This trial fee is non-refundable unless you upgrade to a full subscription plan, in which case it will be credited or refunded. ✅

4. 👍 Acceptable Use Policy:

You agree not to use the Q&C TV service for any illegal purpose. You may not re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or publicly display any of the content provided.

5. ⚖️ Content and Copyright:

Q&C TV provides access to third-party streams. As such, we are not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or quality of the content. We respect the intellectual property of others and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

6. 🌐 Service Availability & Quality:

We strive to provide a high-quality, reliable service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other factors. The quality of your stream is dependent on your internet connection and device capabilities.

7. 🛑 Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice or refund, for any violation of these terms.

8. 🔄 Changes to Terms:

Q&C TV reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
